The legislation gives families who make 60-75% of the state median income a one-time payment of $650 for heating and electric benefits.
For a family of four, that median is just over $120,000. Families of four bringing in $74,000-90,000 per year are eligible for $450 dollars in heating assistance, and $200 in electrical assistance.
Thanks you all who supported the campaign in physical work or donations, it paid off and we won.
